  • Am I too old for a mortgage?

The probable answer is No as there are lenders in the market who can offer the mortgage until the later age, typically up to the age of 75 or 80. The terms and repayments options will vary depending on both your age and your personal and financial circumstances. We can recommend the one that suits your needs. • Are we regulated by FCA?

Yes all our mortgage brokers, including firms and individuals, are regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). You can check the Financial Services Register online – register.fca.org.uk

The FCA only protects mortgage advice where it relates to a borrower’s own home. This means that mortgages for holiday lets, most buy to lets and bridging loans are not regulated and not protected.
